Each company wishing to raise capital through the placement of its securities must go through a series of procedures necessary to comply with the requirements of stock market regulators (SEC - Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority - the largest independent regulator of the US financial market).

Participation in deals on placement of securities of private companies ( PIPE and IPO ) .
